Cancellation Policy

RETAINER: Retainer is non-refundable. I can transfer this amount ONCE if I notify Winkz by Ney within 24 hours of my appointment. Otherwise it is forfeited and I will need a new one when rebooking. FILLS: I must book my fills every 2-2.5 weeks. Anything over 3 weeks, or having less than 50% of my lashes remaining at my fill may result in a full set or suboptimal outcome. Winkz by Ney does not perform foreign fills. RUNNING LATE: I understand there is a 15 minute grace period. After that, my appointment may be cancelled. If I am still able to be serviced beyond that, full price is still required. Winkz by Ney has the right to refuse service. LATE CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES: I must cancel or reschedule 48 hours before my appointment. Failure to do so results in a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows will be required to pay for 100% of missed service(s) before rebooking. This will be invoiced and due before being able to rebook. REFUNDS: After I leave Winkz by Ney, I can not receive a refund for my service. If I am unsatisfied I must contact Winkz by Ney within two days of my service to rectify a solution. **I understand I may come in contact with a hypoallergenic dog. If I have reservations, I will reconsider booking elsewhere**
