Cancellation Policy
RETAINER: Retainer is non-refundable. I can transfer this amount ONCE if I notify Winkz by Ney within 24 hours of my appointment. Otherwise it is forfeited and I will need a new one when rebooking.
FILLS: I must book my fills every 2-2.5 weeks. Anything over 3 weeks, or having less than 50% of my lashes remaining at my fill may result in a full set or suboptimal outcome. Winkz by Ney does not perform foreign fills.
RUNNING LATE: I understand there is a 15 minute grace period. After that, my appointment may be cancelled. If I am still able to be serviced beyond that, full price is still required.
Winkz by Ney has the right to refuse service.
LATE CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES:
• 48 hours or more before appointment:
No charge. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
• 24–48 hours before appointment:
A late-cancellation fee of 30% of the service price will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours before appointment:
A late-cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.
• No-shows (failure to attend without notice): The full appointment fee (100% of the service price) will be charged.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
REFUNDS: After I leave Winkz by Ney, I can not receive a refund for my service. If I am unsatisfied I must contact Winkz by Ney within two days of my service to rectify a solution.
